We have never been made to feel so welcome as we have in your beautiful home.  Spotless is not the word for it.  You work so hard.  Breakfast delightful and plenty of it. Cake and tea on arrival, so welcomed it’s not the last you’ll see of us.

This accommodation is absolutely perfect, as is the kind and considerate owner Sue.  Very many thanks we can’t wait to return.

This is my second trip from Canada to the Lincoln area in two years. As a retired travel advisor and senior executive with Canada’s largest tour operator in the 1970’s, I have high standards when I choose accommodation for my own trips. My hostess at Oaklea, Sue Heath, exceeded those standards in every aspect of her service. Her house and garden are modern and immaculate, her bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms have every amenity you might possibly need, and her food service is personal to fit any specialized diet. I can safely say that this is the best B &B I have ever seen.

You are a superb host and have been a true blessing to our family.  Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Many thanks for the lovely ‘welcome’ into your beautiful home.  I have spent a lovely week with my friends and relaxing in your home made the finish really special.  I look forward to coming back and will certainly be in touch.

Your hard work and extra effort is so much appreciated.  Next time we visit I hope I’ve lost enough weight to enjoy your delicious cake!

Staying in your B&B was the icing on the cake, with the welcoming homemade scones, not to mention the breakfast fish!
